California Court of Appeal

GATTO v. COUNTY OF SONOMA, A094976

Eviction from county fair for a dress code violation did not deprive appellant of full and fair access to accommodations in violation of the Unruh Act, but the dress code was void for vagueness and facially overbroad, and its enforcement against appellant deprived him of a liberty interest in personal dress and appearance.
