A judgment on a cross-complaint is final and appealable, and cross-defendants were "prevailing parties" in their individual capacities, notwithstanding the pendency of derivative claims in their capacities as corporate representatives; therefore a post-judgment order awarding attorney's fees after disposition of the cross-complaint is appealable.
