TICKET TRACK CALIFORNIA, INC. v. DEP'T OF MOTOR VEHICLES, C037282
Pursuant to Vehicle Code section 1808.22(c), in representing a collection agency for parking garages, an attorney may obtain otherwise confidential addresses of vehicle owners or drivers who fail to pay their parking charges, but he may not transfer or disclose that information to the collection agency.
