In indictments in connection with "staged" accidents, trial court did not err in dismissing state counts charging conspiracy and insurance fraud based on same "acts" to which respondents pled guilty in federal action; error did occur in dismissal of counts related to two accidents not alleged in federal indictment, and in dismissal of conspiracy counts against defendants who were not convicted of conspiracy in federal court.
