MIGLIORE v. MID-CENTURY INS. CO., B132150, B133182

Code of Civil Procedure section 340.9, which specifically provides for revival of claims against insurers for damage resulting from the Northridge earthquake which became barred by the statute of limitations, cannot apply to revive plaintiff's claims for damages caused by aftershocks of that earthquake.
