Dismissal of complaint for insurance bad faith was proper, where plaintiff was insured only to the extent it held a security interest in residence, and security interest was extinguished when plaintiff tendered a full credit bid for the residence at foreclosure sale; plaintiff's arguments that bid was submitted by mistake and that sale was rescinded will not alter result.
