California Court of Appeal

CITY OF CHINO v. JACKSON, e028198

Under the plain terms of an indemnity agreement, each signatory was jointly and severally liable for the losses sustained by Surety as a result of its issuance of bonds to the City to guarantee defendant's work, thus the trial court erred in exempting one defendant from the indemnity agreement on statute of limitations grounds.
