YOUNG v. GANNON, B146236

Where Workers' Comp. Judge (WCJ), who was terminated for harassment and inefficiency, failed to demonstrate that regulations adopted by the administrative director are not consistent with the Commission on Judicial Performance rules in terms of regulating the activities of WCJs, trial court did not err in sustaining the demurrer to his writ of mandate action.
