Given an employee's consent to his employer's monitoring of work and home computers, which were issued by employer, the employee had no reasonable expectation of privacy when he used the home computer for personal matters; thus, employee was compelled to produce the home computer in his suit alleging that he was wrongfully terminated for accessing sexually explicit Internet web sites while at work.
