The California Supreme Court directed the appellate court to vacate its decision and reconsider it in light of People v. Cleveland (2001) 25 Cal.4th 466, and again felon's contentions that the trial court erred in dismissing one juror and not dismissing another were rejected and his conviction affirmed.
