LEWIS v. COUNTY OF SACRAMENTO, C032865

Vehicle Code section 17004.7, which exempts law enforcement agencies from injuries resulting from car chases, applies when a pursuing officer hits and kills a person who is involved in a collision of the suspect's vehicle in the path of the officer's vehicle.
