CMTY. ASSISTING RECOVERY, INC. v. AEGIS SEC. INS. CO., B128480

Under Insurance Code section 2071, insurance companies that adjust property loss claims on the basis of replacement cost less depreciation rather than on the basis of fair market value is not an "unlawful business practice" under Business and Professions Code 17200, et seq.
