PEOPLE v. MABINI, B145692

Under Penal Code 803(g), which allows for the prosecution of child molestation claims where the original statute of limitations has expired if the victim's testimony is clearly and "convincingly corroborated", evidence of a defendant's sexual misconduct against an uncharged victim, standing alone, constitutes sufficient corroboration.
