California Court of Appeal

ACCOUNT MGMT. ASSOCS. v. SANGLIMSUWAN, B143601

A "stipulation for judgment" signed by defendant's attorney but not the defendant is not enforceable, even if defendant signed the deed for the property used to secure the stipulation, because Cal. Civ. Proc. 664.6 specifies that the parties must sign the stipulation.
