HASKETT v. VILLAS AT DESERT FALLS, D033915
A trustee is not personally liable under Probate Code section 18001 for any obligation arising from his ownership or control of trust property, or under section 18002 for any torts while administering the trust, unless the trustee intentionally or negligently acted or failed to act.
