A sentence of 115 years plus 444 years to life, where defendant committed 12 armed robberies, shot, severely wounded, and permanently disabled an innocent victim in one of them, and had three prior serious felony convictions for robbery, does not violate the constitutional ban on cruel and/or unusual punishment.
