California Court of Appeal

PEOPLE v. PROTSMAN, D034285

The court properly excluded testimony of a defense expert regarding the results of a positron emission tomography scan of defendant's brain under People v. Kelly (1976) 17 Cal.3d 24 because it is generally unrealiable and not supported by qualified neurolgists and brain imaging professionals.
