For purposes of the "one strike" rule under Penal Code 667.61, subd. (b), a conviction for continuous sexual abuse under Penal Code 288.5 does not qualify as an enumerated offense as an equivalent to lewd and lascivious acts against a child under 14 under Penal Code 288.
