PEOPLE v. WALKER, C032956

Penal Code sections 296 and 296.1 do not authorize a trial court to order a defendant to submit blood and saliva samples after a conviction of robbery because that offense is not specifically enumerated in section 296, and robbery is not "similar" to assault and battery.
