In a writ petition for injunctive and declaratory relief for the alleged failure of defendant to comply with the public notice and open meeting requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act (Act), judgment of the trial court denying petition is affirmed where defendant is not subject to the Act because it was formed to represent district employees and to further a collective bargaining process, and thus exempted under Section 3549.1(a) of the Act.
