PEOPLE v. THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, B170471
Penal Code section 4573.6, which makes it a felony to possess a controlled substance in or within the grounds of certain state institutions, applies to state mental hospitals where inmates are held under the custody of peace officers pursuant to section 2684.
