Supreme Court of Louisiana.

STATE OF LOUISIANA v. JONATHAN LANE JOHNSON

No. 2017-KK-1250

Decided: January 29, 2018

If the state chooses to do its own recording of Grand Jury testimony, without the services of a certified court reporter, it should at least do so in a fair and competent manner, not selectively or with gaps, to avoid the problems presented here.

Hughes, J., would grant the writ.
