IN RE: SEATTLE POLICE DEPARTMENT Subpoena Duces Tecum
ORDER
¶ 1 On September 21, 2020, the Court received Respondent City of Seattle's “MOTION TO DISMISS APPEAL AS MOOT” filed in this matter. The “NEWS MEDIA APPELLANTS’ RESPONSE TO RESPONDENT SEATTLE POLICE DEPARTMENT'S MOTION TO DISMISS APPEAL AS MOOT” was filed on September 22, 2020, and the City of Seattle's “REPLY IN SUPPORT OF MOTION TO DISMISS APPEAL AS MOOT” was filed on October 1, 2020. After consideration of the motion, the Court determined unanimously to enter the following order.
¶ 2 Now, therefore, it is hereby
¶ 3 ORDERED:
¶ 4 The “MOTION TO DISMISS APPEAL AS MOOT” is granted. The case is remanded to the trial court with permission pursuant to RAP 7.2(e) to grant the motion to vacate its order at issue in this case.
