ORDER

¶1 Department I of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Johnson, Owens, Gordon McCloud, and Montoya-Lewis, considered at its October 2, 2023, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.

¶2 IT IS ORDERED:

¶3 That the petition for review is granted and this case is remanded to the trial court to dismiss the 14-day commitment petition pursuant to In re Detention of D.H., 533 P.3d 97 (2023).
