STATE OF WASHINGTON, Respondent, v. TIMOTHY WAYNE HAMPTON, Appellant.
ORDER: (1) GRANTING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION, AND (2) AMENDING OPINION
THE COURT has considered the respondent's motion to reconsider and amend a portion of our August 19, 2025, opinion; the appellant's answer; and the record and file herein.
IT IS ORDERED that the respondent's motion for reconsideration is granted. The August 19, 2025, opinion shall be amended as follows:
1. The final sentence on page one is stricken and replaced with:
We hold the search warrant invalid because of its overbreadth, reverse Hampton's convictions, and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.
2. The final two sentences in the first paragraph on page 23 are stricken and replaced with:
The trial court erred in not suppressing the videos showing Timothy Hampton sexually assaulting S.H.
3. The concluding paragraph on page 23 is stricken and replaced with:
We reverse Timothy Hampton's convictions and remand to the trial court for further proceedings.
