ORDER

This matter is before the court on its own motion pursuant to a petition for relief relating to an expungement order in the Utah Supreme Court. Petitioner submitted a list of 49 Court of Appeals opinion with a request to redact the surname from opinions that cite to the original, unredacted version of the expunged cases.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request pertaining to the redaction in the Court of Appeals opinion is granted. The Court will replace the previously issued opinions citing the expunged cases with a redacted version that substitutes the surname with initials and notice will be sent to the publishers.
