ORDER ACKNOWLEDGING DISMISSAL
The parties filed a stipulation of dismissal under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). Doc. 11. “[A] Rule 41(a)(1) notice of dismissal is self-effectuating, leaving no basis upon which a District Court can prevent such a dismissal․ effective immediately upon their filing of the notice[ ].” Aamot v. Kassel, 1 F.3d 441, 445 (6th Cir. 1993). Accordingly, this matter is DISMISSED as confirmed by separate judgment. The Clerk SHALL CLOSE the case.
