ORDER DENYING MOTION TO EXCLUDE

Before the Court is Defendants' Motion to Exclude Expert Aaron M. Wolfson, Ph.D. Regarding Plaintiff Ivory Barrow. Doc. 55. Plaintiff filed a stipulation (Doc. 58), in which it was explained that Expert Aaron M. Wolfson, Ph.D. will not be called at trial, nor will Plaintiff “offer his report, opinions, or testimony.” Doc. 58 at 2. As such, Defendants' Motion to Exclude (Doc. 55) is DENIED as moot.

IT IS SO ORDERED, this 28th day of August, 2026.
