ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO EXTEND THRESHOLD DISCOVERY DEADLINES AND STAY REMAINING CASE DEADLINES IN LIGHT OF ONGOING CASE NARROWING
Before the Court is the parties' Joint Motion to Extend Threshold Discovery Deadlines and Stay Remaining Case Deadlines in Light of Ongoing Case Narrowing. Doc. 51. For good cause shown, the Joint Motion is GRANTED. The deadline for the Parties to File Stipulated Dismissal or Partial Dismissal of Claims/Counterclaims in light of Threshold Discovery is moved from August 14, 2026 to October 13, 2026, and all other remaining case deadlines, including but not limited to Plaintiff's/Counter-Defendant's deadline to respond to Defendants'/Counter-Plaintiffs' Counterclaims, are stayed pending the conclusion of the Parties' investigation and efforts to narrow the issues in this case.
IT IS SO ORDERED, this 20th day of August, 2026.
