ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO AMEND THE SCHEDULING ORDER

Before the Court is the Parties' Joint Motion to Amend the Scheduling Order. The Motion is GRANTED. The Scheduling Order entered April 30, 2026 (Doc. 20) is AMENDED as follows:

1. Phase I (conditional certification) discovery shall be completed by September 11, 2026. Defendants' responses to Plaintiff's written discovery served July 20, 2026 shall be served no later than August 19, 2026, and Plaintiff's responses to Defendants' written discovery served July 29, 2026 shall be served no later than August 28, 2026.

2. Plaintiff's motion for conditional certification shall be filed by October 2, 2026; Defendants' response shall be filed by October 23, 2026; and Plaintiff's reply shall be filed by November 6, 2026.

3. The provisions of the Scheduling Order governing motions to compel shall apply to the amended Phase I discovery deadline, and nothing in this Order shall be construed to render untimely a motion to compel directed to responses to either Party's written discovery served in July 2026 that is filed within the periods set forth in the Scheduling Order.

4. All other provisions of the Scheduling Order, including the limitations on the scope of Phase I discovery and the provisions governing Phase II, remain in full force and effect.

5. Additional motions for extension will be viewed skeptically and will not be granted absent currently unforeseeable good cause.
