ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS

Petitioner Herberth Misael Gutierrez-Soriano filed a pro se Petition for Writ of Habeas which, while less than clear, appears to have challenged his detention without a bond hearing pending ongoing removal proceedings. Doc. 2 at 8 (stating that Petitioner could “solve [a] problem” if “not ․ detained”). Respondent has informed the Court that Petitioner was deported on July 28, 2026. Doc. 7 at 2. Because Petitioner has been removed, his challenge to detention pending removal proceedings is moot. See Enazeh v. Davis, 107 F. App'x 489, 491 (6th Cir. 2004) (“Enazeh's August 2003 deportation has rendered his first two claims for relief moot. Enazeh sought release from detention pending his removal from the United States and an injunction against execution of the removal order. Because he has already been deported, the court can no longer grant the requested relief.”). The Petition therefore is DISMISSED.
