Frederick FOSTER, Petitioner v. POSTAL REGULATORY COMMISSION, Respondent Pitney Bowes Inc. and United States Postal Service, Intervenors
JUDGMENT
This petition for review of an order of the Postal Regulatory Commission was considered on the briefs and appendices filed by the parties. See Fed. R. App. P. 34(a)(2); D.C. Cir. Rule 34(j). Upon consideration of the foregoing and the motion to correct order and terminate briefing, the motion for sanctions, the opposition thereto, and the reply, it is
ORDERED that the motion to correct order and terminate briefing be denied. To the extent that petitioner is still pursuing the matters raised in the motion, he has not shown any grounds for relief. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that the motion for sanctions be denied. Petitioner has not shown any right to the relief requested. It is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the petition for review be denied. Petitioner has not shown any error or abuse of discretion in respondent's dismissal of his complaint. See 39 U.S.C. § 3663. Nor has he shown any basis for transferring his claims to a district court. See, e.g., 28 U.S.C. §§ 1631, 2347(b)(3).
Pursuant to D.C. Circuit Rule 36, this disposition will not be published. The Clerk is directed to withhold issuance of the mandate herein until seven days after resolution of any timely petition for rehearing or petition for rehearing en banc. See Fed. R. App. P. 41(b); D.C. Cir. Rule 41.
