JUDGMENT
This cause came on to be heard on remand from the Supreme Court of the United States, and on the motion of petitioners to grant the petition for review, and the response in support thereof. Upon consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED, on the court’s own motion, that the judgment filed June 26, 2017, be vacated. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that the motion be granted. It is
FURTHER ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the petition for review be granted, the Commission’s decision and order be set aside, and this case be remanded to the agency for a new hearing either before another Administrative Law Judge or before the Commission, in accordance with Lucia v. SEC, ––– U.S. ––––, 138 S.Ct. 2044, ––– L.Ed.2d –––– (2018).
The Clerk is directed to issue the mandate forthwith.
