ORDER
Upon consideration of the joint motion of the National Labor Relations Board and Prime Healthcare Centinela, LLC d/b/a Centinela Hospital Medical Center to voluntarily dismiss, without prejudice, the petition for review and the cross-application for enforcement, it is
ORDERED that the motion be granted, and these cases are dismissed.
The Clerk is directed to issue forthwith to the National Labor Relations Board a certified copy of this order in lieu of formal mandate.
