ORDER
This matter came before the Court on the Chapter 13 Trustee's Objection to 10/16/24 Plan and Request Case Be Dismissed 1 filed by Ronda Winnecour, the chapter 13 trustee, and the response thereto filed by debtors Justin Thompson and Jennifer Lynn Krenitsky.2 Following a hearing on March 12, 2025, and for the reasons stated in the Memorandum Opinion of even date, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that:
1. The Chapter 13 Trustee's Objection to 10/16/24 Plan and Request Case be Dismissed is SUSTAINED and plan confirmation is DENIED. The trustee's alternative request for dismissal is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
2. On or before April 11, 2025, the Debtor shall either file a motion for wage attachment or establish payment arrangements through the TFS system.
3. On or before April 14, 2025, the Debtor shall: (a) file an amended plan; (b) produce all records and documents reasonably requested by the chapter 13 trustee, including but not limited to, paystubs, proof of income, an itemization of monthly expenses, and any associated documents to substantiate their expenses; and (c) file an amended Schedule J to reflect a good faith estimate of the Debtors’ actual monthly expenses.
4. If the Debtors fail to comply with the provisions of this order, the Court may dismiss this bankruptcy case without further notice or hearing.
