ORDER
These matters came before the Court upon the Motion to Dismiss Amended Complaint Pursuant to Rule 7012(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 1 (“Motion to Dismiss”) filed by defendants Christine Biros and the Biros Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust, and the Response to Motion to Dismiss Adversary Complaint 2 filed by plaintiff Shanni Snyder. In accordance with the Memorandum Opinion of even date, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that:
1. The Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED.
2. The above-captioned adversary proceeding is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
