ORDER DENYING DEBTOR'S EMERGENCY MOTION TO ENFORCE AUTOMATIC STAY, TO ENJOIN STATE COURT PROCEEDINGS, AND FOR SANCTIONS
AND NOW, upon consideration of the Debtor's Emergency Motion To Enforce Automatic Stay, To Enjoin State Court Proceedings, And For Sanctions (the “Motion”) [Dkt. No. 31], and a hearing having been held on the Motion on April 2, 2026, and for the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, it is hereby ORDERED that:
1. The Motion is DENIED, and
2. The Status Quo Order [Dkt. No. 41] is hereby VACATED.
