ORDER
AND NOW, this 15th day of January 2025, upon consideration of the Motion to Dismiss filed by defendant Paula Mandle (“Mandle”), for the reasons stated in the accompanying Opinion, it is hereby ORDERED that Mandle's Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED as to Count X and DENIED as to all other Counts. Plaintiff shall have 30 days from the date of this Order to file an amended Complaint.
