ORDER ACCOMPANYING OPINION

AND NOW, this 2nd day of November 2023, upon consideration of the Application of Duane Morris LLP, as counsel for the Chapter 7 Trustee, for allowance of compensation in the amount of $220,000.00 and reimbursement of expenses of $11,267.36 (Doc. # 230), Artesanias Hacienda Real S.A. de C.V.’s objection thereto (Doc. # 234), the parties’ arguments at a hearing, and for the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion;

It is hereby ORDERED that:

1. The Application is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART.

2. Compensation in the amount of $216,776.50 and reimbursement of expenses of $11,267.36 are allowed to Duane Morris LLP as counsel to the Chapter 7 Trustee for the period of August 15, 2016 through June 30, 2023.
