MEMORANDUM **
We affirm for the reasons stated in the district court's order entered December 6, 2016 (Dkt. 167), and its order entered February 8, 2017 (Dkt. 182). Under the circumstances, the district court did not abuse its discretion in declining to retain supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claims. See Brown v. Lucky Stores, Inc., 246 F.3d 1182, 1187 (9th Cir. 2001) (stating standard).1
AFFIRMED.
