Quintin RAY Plaintiff-Appellant v. RENAISSANCE ST. LOUIS AIRPORT HOTEL, (Schulte Hospitality Group) Defendant-Appellee
[Unpublished]
In this Title VII action, Quintin Ray appeals the district court's 1 denial of his motion for reconsideration. We conclude that the district court did not abuse its discretion. See Noah v. Bond Cold Storage, 408 F.3d 1043, 1045 (8th Cir. 2005) (per curiam) (Rule 60(b) authorizes relief only in most exceptional cases). The judgment is affirmed. See 8th Cir. R. 47B.
