E&L Transfer, LLC and Edward Tweed appeal the district court's denial and dismissal of its third-party claims for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty against Fisher & Phillips, a law firm involved in a Fair Labor Standards Act matter. After consideration of the briefs, record, and applicable law, the order of the district court is AFFIRMED.
