Randy Dingle appeals the district court's order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and denying relief on Dingle's complaint arising from allegations concerning the forfeiture and sale of his mobile home and his eviction. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Dingle v. Baggett, No. 5:19-cv-00425-D, 2020 WL 5217393 (E.D.N.C. Sept. 1, 2020). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
