Victoria Peterson appeals the district court's order and judgment granting Defendants’ motions to dismiss and dismissing her civil complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Peterson v. N.C. State Bd. of Elections, No. 1:20-cv-00260-TDS-JLW, 2020 WL 7720573 (M.D.N.C. Dec. 29, 2020). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED
