Jonathan Eugene BRUNSON, Plaintiff - Appellant, v. James Floyd AMMONS, Jr., Senior Resident Superior Court Judge, Defendant - Appellee.
Jonathan Eugene Brunson appeals the district court's order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and denying relief on Brunson's 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2018) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Brunson v. Ammons, No. 5:19-ct-03081-D, 2020 WL 522065 (E.D.N.C. Jan. 31, 2020). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
