UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff - Appellee, v. Demaine Diwan BENJAMIN, Defendant - Appellant.
Decided: May 29, 2020
Before GREGORY, Chief Judge, and WILKINSON and WYNN, Circuit Judges.
Demaine Diwan Benjamin, Appellant Pro Se. Lauren L. Hummel, Assistant United States Attorney, OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY, Florence, South Carolina, for Appellee.
Demaine Diwan Benjamin appeals the district court's order denying his motion for a sentence reduction pursuant to the First Step Act of 2018, Pub. L. No. 115-391, 132 Stat. 4194. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm. United States v. Benjamin, No. 4:07-cr-01427-TLW-1 (D.S.C. Jan. 8, 2020). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.
Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.
