Brian D. FARABEE, Plaintiff - Appellant, v. Dr. James A. LEE; Kimberly Olinger, Nurse Practitioner; RN Craig Roland; RN E. Powers; Dr. Meredith Cary; Eric Madsen, Psychologist; RN Cynthia Hall-Lester, Nursing Director of Marion Correctional Treatment Center; Dr. William Lee, Psychologist of VDOC; Dr. Dana Haynes, Psychologist and Head of the “Intensive Diversionary Treatment Program”; Joe Robinson, Institutional Programs Manager of MCTC; Vickie Williams, Chief of Housing and Programs at MCTC, Defendants - Appellees.
Brian Damon Farabee appeals the district court's order denying his motions for preliminary injunctive relief.* We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny the pending motion and affirm the district court's order. See Farabee v. Lee, No. 7:18-cv-00425-MFU-PMS, 2019 WL 4783109 (W.D. Va. Sept. 30, 2019). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
