UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff - Appellee, v. Donnell COPPEDGE, Defendant - Appellant.
Decided: May 26, 2020
Before AGEE and QUATTLEBAUM, Circuit Judges, and TRAXLER, Senior Circuit Judge.
Donnell Coppedge, Appellant Pro Se. Jennifer P. May-Parker, Assistant United States Attorney, OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY, Raleigh, North Carolina, for Appellee.
Donnell Coppedge appeals the district court's order denying his motion, filed pursuant to the First Step Act of 2018, Pub. L. No. 115-391, 132 Stat. 5194, for a reduction in his 165-month sentence. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. United States v. Coppedge, No. 4:09-cr-00054-BO-1, 2019 WL 5808572 (E.D.N.C. Nov. 6, 2019). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.
Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.
