Jerry Glendon MODISETTE, Plaintiff - Appellant, v. UNITED STATES of America, Defendant - Appellee.
Decided: May 21, 2020
Before NIEMEYER, HARRIS, and RICHARDSON, Circuit Judges.
Jerry Glendon Modisette, Appellant Pro Se. Matthew James Mezger, OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY, Alexandria, Virginia, for Appellee.
Jerry Glendon Modisette appeals the district court's order denying relief on his complaint filed pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 2671-2680 (2018). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Modisette v. United States, No. 1:18-cv-00533-LO-MSN, 2019 WL 6337409 (E.D. Va. Nov. 26, 2019). We deny Modisette's motion to add a new party. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.
Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.
