Calvin LATIMER, Plaintiff - Appellant, v. NC DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, Defendant - Appellee.
Decided: March 16, 2020
Before KING, KEENAN, and FLOYD, Circuit Judges.
Calvin G. Latimer, Appellant Pro Se.
Calvin G. Latimer appeals the district court's orders denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2018) complaint and denying his motion for reconsideration. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Latimer v. North Carolina Dep't of Transp., No. 3:19-cv-00465-GCM, 2019 WL 5468808 (W.D.N.C. Oct. 24, 2019). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.
Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.
